It doesn’t take much effort to whip up a special coffee drink that tastes indulgent but is much healthier than what you’d get at your local coffee house. Macadamia milk’s supreme creaminess works beautifully here, though you can use unsweetened almond, soy, or cashew milk if your supermarket doesn’t carry it. Even though you might adore cinnamon, be sure use a light hand with the ground spice you stir into the drink; too much will impart a bitter taste.
Milkadamia Unsweetened vanilla macadamia milk

Espresso, instant powder
⅛ tsp, plus more for garnish

- In a medium saucepan, whisk together macadamia milk, espresso powder, and sugar. Cook over medium heat until hot but not boiling, 4 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and cinnamon.
- Pour into a blender and blend on high until very frothy, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Divide mixture evenly between 2 mugs. Sprinkle additional ground cinnamon over beverages and garnish with cinnamon sticks, if desired.
