Chocolate and peanut butter—that incredibly delicious duo—flavor up and dress up these easy-to-make cupcakes. This recipe yields 2 cupcakes but you can easily multiply the recipe to make a bigger batch. Make them as is or divide the batter and toppings between mini muffin cups for bite-size desserts.

Cooking spray

2 spray(s)

WW Chocolate Cake Mix

1 large egg(s)

1 Tbsp

Vegetable oil

1 tsp

Light whipped topping

5 Tbsp

Chocolate peanut butter powder

2½ tsp

Fiber One 70 Calorie Chocolate Peanut Butter Bar

1 bar(s), cut into small pieces

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly coat 2 holes of a nonstick standard muffin pan with cooking spray (or use cupcake liners).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the cake mix, egg, water, and oil into a smooth batter. Evenly divide the batter among the prepared muffin holes. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean, 12 to 14 minutes. Allow the cupcakes to cool before decorating.
  3. To make the topping: Stir together the whipped topping and peanut butter powder in a small bowl; divide the topping over the cooled cupcakes and sprinkle each with half of the Fiber One Bar pieces.
  4. Serving size: 1 cupcake
