Chocolate-drizzled blueberry disks by Digital 360 Coach Kayla

Here’s one of Coach Kayla’s favorite ways to get a chocolate fix. It’s simple to prep and ready in minutes. Dark chocolate contains antioxidants called flavonoids which may help reduce your risk of heart disease. Add more flavor and texture to your chocolate disks by sprinkling on coconut flakes, dried blueberries, crispy rice cereal, mint leaves, or hemp seeds. For a shiny finish, melt about ½ cup of the chocolate chips and stir in the remaining chips until smooth.

4⅜ oz, about 2/3 cups
⅛ tsp, flaky variety
- Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or wax paper.
- Place chocolate in a small microwavable bowl; microwave on 50% power for 1 minute, stopping and stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted, about 90 seconds total. Spoon about 1 tsp melted chocolate onto prepared pan to form a round disk; repeat with remaining ingredients to form 12 disks.
- Sprinkle berries over disks; drizzle disks with remaining chocolate. (If your chocolate starts to harden too quickly, you can dip the bottom of the bowl in hot water, or keep the bowl over a small pot of simmering water.)
- Sprinkle disks with cacao nibs and salt. Transfer pan to freezer; freeze until chocolate sets, about 10 minutes. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
