Add more flavor and texture to your chocolate disks by sprinkling on coconut flakes, dried blueberries, crispy rice cereal, mint leaves, or hemp seeds. For a shiny finish, melt about ½ cup of the chocolate chips and stir in the remaining chips until smooth.

Ingredients
Lily's Dark chocolate baking chips
4⅜ oz
Blueberries
½ cup(s)
Unsweetened cacao nibs
1 tsp
Sea salt
⅛ tsp
Instructions
1
Line a baking sheet with a silicone mat or wax paper.
2
Place chocolate in a small microwavable bowl; microwave on 50% power for 1 minute, stopping and stirring every 15 seconds until completely melted, about 90 seconds total. Spoon about 1 tsp melted chocolate onto prepared pan to form a round disk; repeat with remaining ingredients to form 12 disks.
3
Sprinkle berries over disks; drizzle disks with remaining chocolate. (If your chocolate starts to harden too quickly, you can dip the bottom of the bowl in hot water, or keep the bowl over a small pot of simmering water.)
4
Sprinkle disks with cacao nibs and salt. Transfer pan to freezer; freeze until chocolate sets, about 10 minutes. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
