Canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

- In small saucepan, warm chocolate over medium heat, stirring, until melted and smooth, about 1 minute. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved, about 1 minute. Stir in 3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp water, applesauce, Worcestershire, chipotle peppers, salt, cayenne pepper, cumin, and black pepper. Use immediately, or let cool, cover, and refrigerate for up to 7 days.
