Cooked skinless boneless chicken breast(s)
2 oz, thinly sliced
⅓ cup(s), well-drained
Reduced-calorie rye bread
2 slice(s), or whole wheat bread, toasted
Thousand Island dressing, reduced fat
Low-fat Swiss cheese
1 oz, cut into 2 thins slices
- Combine chicken with sauerkraut.
- Divide dressing between both slices toast; top one piece toast with 1 slice cheese, chicken mixture, remaining slice cheese and remaining piece toast. Bake, microwave or heat in a skillet until cheese melts.
- Makes 1 serving.
