This high-protein Chicken Parmesan Cottage Cheese Bowl is a delicious and satisfying twist on the classic dish. It features tender chicken, flavorful marinara, and creamy cottage cheese for a protein-packed meal that’s both comforting and nutritious.

Ingredients

Fat free cottage cheese

½ cup(s)

Parmesan cheese

1 Tbsp, grated or shredded

Marinara sauce

¼ cup(s)

Italian seasoning

1 Tbsp

Red pepper flakes

½ Tbsp

Garlic powder

Prepared frozen breaded chicken tenders

Instructions

  1. Add frozen chicken tenders to air fryer at 380 for 20 mins.
  2. Add ½ cup of cottage cheese to a bowl (feel free to blend cottage cheese for a smooth texture).
  3. Add Parmesan cheese and ¼ cup of marinara sauce to bowl. Add seasonings to bowl. Mix thoroughly until all is blended
  4. Heat in Microwave for 1 minute 30 secs.
  5. Add broccoli and chicken on top.
  6. Serving Size: 1 bowl
