Serve this delicious sauce with chicken breasts, thighs, or your favorite vegetables hot off the grill. When cherries are in season, make a double or triple batch of this sauce! This recipe is enough for about 1 pound of chicken breasts or pork tenderloin.

¾ cup(s), or defrosted unsweetened frozen cherries, pitted

Apple cider vinegar

Dijon mustard

Molasses

1 Tbsp

Kosher salt

Smoked paprika

¼ tsp

Instructions

  1. In blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Store sauce in covered plastic or glass container and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  2. Serving size: 3 tbsp
