Ingredients

cooking spray

1 spray(s)

turkey hot dog(s)

2 oz

black pepper

1 pinch, or to taste

olive(s)

4 large, Kalamata, pitted, halved

fresh cherry tomato(es)

3 medium, halved

cucumber(s)

2 Tbsp, diced

crumbled feta cheese

1½ Tbsp

uncooked red onion(s)

1 Tbsp, chopped, diced

red wine vinegar

½ Tbsp

extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp

dill

1 tsp, fresh, chopped

kosher salt

1 pinch, or to taste

black pepper

1 pinch, or to taste

Natures Own Hot Dog Rolls, 100% Whole Grain

1 bun, or similar product, toasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or griddle to medium-high.
  2. Butterfly turkey dog; season with pepper. Place on grill or griddle; sear for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, toss together remaining ingredients, except bun, to make Greek salad.
  4. Place warm turkey dog in bun; top with salad and serve.
  5. Makes 1 serving.
