Cooking spray

100% whole wheat hot dog bun
1 bun(s)
Turkey hot dog
2 oz
Black pepper
1 pinch(es), or to taste
Olives
4 olive(s), large, Kalamata, pitted, halved
Cherry tomatoes
3 medium, halved
Cucumber
2 Tbsp, diced
Crumbled feta cheese
1½ Tbsp
Red onion
1 Tbsp, chopped, diced
Red wine vinegar
½ Tbsp
Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp
Dill
1 tsp, fresh, chopped
Kosher salt
1 pinch(es), or to taste
Black pepper
1 pinch(es), or to taste
Instructions

Preheat grill or griddle to medium-high.

Butterfly turkey dog; season with pepper. Place on grill or griddle; sear for 5-7 minutes.

Meanwhile, toss together remaining ingredients, except bun, to make Greek salad.

Place warm turkey dog in bun; top with salad and serve.
