Ingredients

fresh blueberries

fresh raspberries

1 cup(s)

strawberries

1 cup(s), raw, hulled

cooking spray

4 spray(s)

water

½ cup(s)

fresh lemon juice

¼ tsp

table salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Roast berries until they burst and juices release, 20 minutes.
  2. Spoon cooked berries into a blender with water, lemon juice and salt; puree well. Strain mixture through a sieve; let cool before using.
  3. Serving size: 2 Tbsp
