- Preheat oven to 400°F degrees. Line a rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil; coat with cooking spray. Roast berries until they burst and juices release, 20 minutes.
- Spoon cooked berries into a blender with water, lemon juice and salt; puree well. Strain mixture through a sieve; let cool before using.
