2 small, peeled and diced
Mini chocolate chips
Low fat frozen waffle(s)
- Stir together ricotta, sugar, vanilla, bananas and chocolate chips in a medium bowl; set aside.
- Toast waffles. Immediately spoon 3/4 cup of cheese mixture over each waffle. Roll into a cone shape and serve immediately. Yields 1 filled waffle per serving.
