Add some bright color to the ambrosia by mixing a 6-ounce container of raspberries into the fruit mixture in step 2.

fruit flavored fat free yogurt sweetened with sugar

6 oz

canned mandarin oranges in light syrup

11 oz, drained

canned pineapple packed in juice

8 oz, chunks, drained

1 large, sliced

mini marshmallows

dried shredded and sweetened coconut meat

2 Tbsp, toasted

Instructions

  1. Divide the yogurt evenly among 4 dessert dishes. Gently mix together the oranges, pineapple, and banana in a medium bowl. Top the yogurt evenly with the fruit; sprinkle with the marshmallows and coconut. Yields 1 dessert per serving.
