The oatmeal mixture (made with oat flour that you make in the blender, along with whole oats) is patted into a square and air-fried until it’s crisp on top and chewy-hearty inside. The finishing touches are a swoop of yogurt and a fresh berry topping. Done in only 20 minutes, it’s easy enough for a weekday.
