¼ cup(s), diced

reduced calorie mayonnaise

2 tsp

Dijon mustard

black pepper

Pierce potato a few times with a fork; microwave until tender, about 5 minutes. Cut potato into chunks and place in a small bowl; add steak, celery, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper. Toss until well-coated and garnish with tarragon and/or dill.
