1 small, cored, seeded and cut into 8 thin wedges

Notes

Combine cottage cheese, milk, cinnamon and Splenda in a small bowl. Blend with a fork to a creamy texture. Spread cottage cheese mixture on 4 pear wedges; top with remaining wedges. <p/>Time-Saver tip: Slice the pear in advance and brush it lightly with lemon juice to prevent browning. Substitute a small apple for the pear, if desired.
