Chili "Popcorn"

Preheat oven to 350F. Combine hominy, chili powder, cumin and salt in a small bowl and stir well to coat. Spread in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet. Lightly coat hominy with cooking spray. Bake until hominy is lightly toasted, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.

Time-Saving tip: You can make hominy fresh but it takes hours to cook, so look for it by the can in the Mexican section of your supermarket.
