Baked Cinnamon Apple Chips
2 medium, halved and cored
Splenda No Calorie sweetener packets
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Slice apples (either with a very sharp knife or in food processor with the slicing blade) 1/8-inch thick. Spread apples in a single layer on a nonstick baking sheet and sprinkle with Splenda and cinnamon. Bake until crisp, about 10 to 15 minutes.
