4 oz, cut into strips

less sodium soy sauce

½ tsp

fat free red wine vinaigrette

1 Tbsp, or fat-free balsamic vinaigrette

yellow bell pepper

½ large, or red, cored, seeded, cut in strips

lettuce

1 leaf/leaves, Romaine

Notes

Combine rice, chicken, soy sauce, vinaigrette and pepper in a small bowl. Toss well to mix. Spread lengthwise on lettuce leaf. Fold tip of leaf to center. Fold sides to center to serve.
