How many weekly SmartPoints do you get on WW?

On WW Freestyle, you’ll get a personalized SmartPoints Budget that guides you to healthy choices so you can meet your goals without banning any foods. Using your WW App, you'll keep track of your SmartPoints as you use them. And it works. In a study* of WW Freestyle, people had less hunger, fewer cravings, and more happiness—and lost a clinically significant amount of weight. Pretty exciting, right? Download the WW app (available in the Apple Store or Google Play) or visit a WW Studio to get your personalized SmartPoints Budget.

How do calories relate to SmartPoints?

Our science-based SmartPoints system assigns every food a number based on four components: calories, saturated fat, sugar, and protein. The higher the number, the more sugar and saturated fat the food will have. The lower the number, the less it will have. The reason for this is that numerous studies have confirmed the benefits of eating less sugar and saturated fat, and more protein—not just for weight loss, but all sorts of other healthy reasons too.

Can you save SmartPoints that you don't use?

The system is flexible and livable. Up to 4 daily SmartPoints you don't use automatically roll over into your bank of weeklies. You can use those weeklies whenever you want during the week.

What happens if you go over your daily SmartPoints Budget?

No worries. You get weekly SmartPoints, too; they're an extra cushion to use any way you want.

Do you get any freebies?
