This Middle-Eastern style chicken dish is served with green salad leaves and a delicious yogurt dressing.

Ingredients

Tesco Ingredients Za'tar Seasoning

6 teaspoons

Garlic

2 clove(s), crushed

Olive Oil

2 teaspoons

Lemon Juice, Fresh

1½ tablespoons

Chicken Drumstick, Skinless, raw

8 drumstick(s), edible part

Fat Free Natural Yogurt

100 g

Tahini paste (Sesame paste)

1 tablespoons

Ground Cumin

2 g, Pinch

Sainsbury's Microwave Brown Rice

2 pouch(es), cooked as per pack

Florette Baby Leaf Salad

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mix the za’atar, half the garlic, the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice together in a bowl, then add the chicken. Season to taste and toss until coated. Put the chicken onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
  2. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, tahini, cumin and the remaining lemon juice and garlic together in a bowl until well combined, then season to taste
  3. Cook the rice according to pack instructions, then serve with thechicken, salad leaves and tahini yogurt.
