Za’atar chicken drumsticks with tahini yoghurt

- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Mix the za’atar, half the garlic, the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of the lemon juice together in a bowl, then add the chicken. Season to taste and toss until coated. Put the chicken onto a tray lined with baking paper and bake for 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Meanwhile, mix the yogurt, tahini, cumin and the remaining lemon juice and garlic together in a bowl until well combined, then season to taste
- Cook the rice according to pack instructions, then serve with thechicken, salad leaves and tahini yogurt.
