Ingredients

Sunflower Oil

2 teaspoon(s)

Onion

1 large, finely chopped

Sage, Dried

1 tablespoon(s)

Smooth Mustard

1 teaspoon(s), level

Egg, whole, raw

2 large, raw

Turkey breast, skinless, raw

500 g, minced

WW White Wraps

4 individual

Sesame Seeds

2 teaspoon(s)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C, fan 160°C, gas mark 4. Heat the oil in a pan over a medium heat and cook the onion for 6-8 minutes until softened. Stir in the sage, then transfer the mixture to a bowl and set aside to cool. When cool, add the mustard powder, 1 of the eggs and the turkey mince, then season well and mix together until combined.
  2. Lightly beat the remaining egg in a small bowl. Put one of the wraps on a board, then brush around the edges with a little of the beaten egg. Shape a quarter of the sausage meat mixture into a log shape and position it on the wrap, about one-third of the way up from the bottom edge. Roll up tightly from the bottom edge to enclose the sausage meat. With the join underneath, brush the wrap with more beaten egg and scatter over one-third of the sesame seeds.
  3. Slice the wrap into 4 portions and transfer to a baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining wraps, beaten egg and mince mixture to make 16 sausage rolls.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until the sausage filling is cooked through and the wraps are crisp and golden.
