2 teaspoons


1 large, finely chopped

Fresh Chicken Stock

1800 ml

White pasta, dry

100 g, small shapes

Cooked Mixed Vegetables

280 g, frozen

Tinned Tomatoes

1 can(s), large

Chicken breast, skinless, raw

500 g, chopped

Vegetarian Parmesan Style Hard Cheese

1 tablespoons, grated

Lemon Juice, Fresh

2 teaspoons

Chives, Fresh

1 tablespoons, finely chopped


  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over a medium-low heat. Add the onion and a pinch of salt; cook for 10 minutes, stirring often, until the onion is soft and translucent.
  2. Add the stock and bring to a boil. Stir in the pasta, frozen veg and tomatoes. Cook for 7-10 minutes until the pasta is al dente.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chicken, cheese, lemon juice, chives and cook for 1 minute to heat through.
