Onion
1 medium, chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), crushed, or more according to taste
Mushrooms
100 g, sliced
Asda Mixed Beans in a Tomato Sauce
400 g
Tinned Tomatoes
1 can(s), large, chopped
Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon(s), level, or according to taste

Coriander, fresh
2 tablespoon(s), chopped
Salt
1 pinch
Black pepper
¼ teaspoon(s)
Tortilla wrap
4 medium
Half fat Cheddar cheese
25 g, grated
Instructions
1
Heat a large frying pan and mist it with low fat cooking spray. Add the onion, garlic and mushrooms and sauté them until softened, about 5 minutes.
2
Add the mixed beans, tomatoes and chilli powder to the frying pan. Cook for about 10 more minutes, stirring often, until the liquid has reduced down. Stir in the turkey and coriander. Season.
3
Lay the tortillas onto four heat resistant plates and divide the filling equally between them. Scatter the grated cheese on top and grill for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted. Cook's Tip: A home made salsa makes the perfect accompaniment and has no Points value. Just mix together finely chopped red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, coriander or parsley and flavour with lime juice, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.
