These easy wraps pack in plenty of flavour – the apple gives the slaw lots of fruity sweetness while the radishes add a peppery kick.

Ingredients

WW White Wraps

4 individual

Apple(s)

1 medium, unpeeled, cored and cut into matchstick

Celery, Raw

3 stick(s), thinly sliced

Radish

100 g, trimmed, sliced into thin slices

Mint, Fresh

30 g, shredded

Prawns, Raw

300 g

0% fat natural Greek yogurt

100 g

Mixed Spice

2 teaspoons, level, cajun seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Wrap the tortillas in foil and put on the middle shelf of the oven for 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the apple, celery, radishes and shredded mint in a small bowl. Add the 0% fat Greek yogurt. Stir well to combine and set aside.
  3. Combine the prawns and the Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and heat over a high heat. Cook the prawns for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
  4. Divide the prawns and apple slaw among the tortillas. Add the extra mint leaves, then fold the tortillas in half and serve.

Notes

Instead of prawns, you could use 400g cooked chicken breast. Remember to adjust the SmartPoints.
