Prawn & apple slaw wraps
WW Protein Wrap
1 medium, unpeeled, cored and cut into matchstick
3 stick(s), thinly sliced
100 g, trimmed, sliced into thin slices
30 g, shredded
0% fat natural Greek yogurt
5 g, 2 tsp
- Preheat the oven to 200°C, fan 180°C, gas mark 6. Cover the wraps in foil and put on the middle shelf of the oven for 6 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the apple, celery, radishes and shredded mint in a small bowl. Add the yogurt and stir well to combine, then set aside.
- Combine the prawns and the Cajun seasoning in a bowl. Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and heat over a high heat. Cook the prawns for 3 minutes, or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Divide the prawns and apple slaw among the wraps. Add the extra mint leaves, then fold the wraps in half and serve.
