Pittas with pear, gorgonzola & Parma ham
White Pitta Bread
2 medium, regular wholemeal or white
1 individual, (handful) mixed leaf salad
4 slice(s), thin
1 medium, cored and sliced
Low Fat Natural Yogurt
25 g, We used Co-op
⅛ teaspoons, freshly ground
- Warm the pitta breads under the grill or in the toaster. Split them open and fill each one with a handful of mixed leaf salad.
- Fill each pitta with two slices of Parma ham and half the pear slices.
- Mix together the yogurt and gorgonzola. Spoon an equal amount into each pitta, season with some freshly ground black pepper, then serve.
