Ingredients

Calorie controlled cooking spray

Bacon medallions, raw

2 rasher(s)

Cherry Tomatoes

Egg, whole, raw

1 medium, raw

Skimmed Milk

1 tablespoons

WW White Wraps

Spinach

Instructions

  1. Mist a frying pan with cooking spray and put over a medium heat. Add the bacon and tomatoes, and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until the bacon is golden brown and the tomatoes have softened.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the egg with the skimmed milk. Pour into a small saucepan and cook over a medium heat, stirring, until set.
  3. Warm the wrap in a dry frying pan over a medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or microwave it for 20 seconds. Put it on a plate and top with the bacon and tomatoes.
  4. Spoon the scrambled egg into the middle of the wrap. Top with the spinach leaves and fold in half to serve.
