Enter weight for the week

When your weight-tracking day has arrived for the week, you will be greeted with a popup window in the Weight Tracker prompting you to enter your latest weight.

Please enter your weight (and not the amount you've lost). The Weight Tracker will calculate the change from the previous week as well as the difference from your starting weight.

You may choose to select “I’ll do it later” or click the "x" in the upper right corner of the popup window if you do not plan to add a new weight during that session.
