Mushroom & Chicken Fajita Flatout® Flatbread Wrap


  • 1 Flatout® Light Flatbread
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 3 oz. fresh white button mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 3 oz. cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa


  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil over med-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms and onions.
  3. Sauté until mushroom liquid has evaporated, about 5 minutes.
  4. Divide salsa over Flatout®.
  5. Layer chicken, mushrooms and onions at one rounded end of FLATOUT®.
  6. Roll, cut and Enjoy!
