Our warm, dark chocolate cakes with creamy fudge centers will heat you up on the coldest of winter days. Fat-free skim milk, reduced-calorie margarine, fat-free yogurt, fat-free fudge topping, and mineral water help to significantly cut down on the calories, but you'll get an explosion of chocolate-y, satisfying sweetness thanks to the granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and cocoa powder. After making the batter, drop a mixture of cocoa powder, fudge topping, and brown sugar right into the center of each custard cup to form the filling. Top with boiling water to help the cakes steam properly in the oven and let them bake away. They're one of our favorite adorable-looking after-dinner treats for any celebration or special occasion.
