- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray. Place rye bread on baking sheet; coat with cooking spray.
- Spread 2 teaspoons salad dressing on each piece of bread; top with 1 piece cheese, 1 piece beef and 2 2/3 tablespoons sauerkraut.
- Bake for 15 minutes, slice each reuben into 4 equal pieces and serve. Yields 1 reuben bite per serving.
