Lemon and ginger are a perfect flavor combination in this 3-ingredient recipe. They give this yogurt dip a bright note thanks to the lemon zest and juice and a peppery, slightly sweet flavor from the fresh grated ginger. Spoon it over berries for breakfast or a snack or angel food cake for a flavorful dessert. Or, you can serve it with apple wedges or peach slices for dipping. If you are purchasing fresh ginger and only need a small amount, it’s fine to break off only what you need, but be sure what you are leaving behind is a piece of ginger that another shopper would want. For this recipe, a 1-inch piece will work.
