Perfect for an appetizer, snack, or side dish, this easy, nutritious edamame recipe is ready in under 10 minutes. You could also toss this seasoned edamame into a salad or stir-fry for an extra boost of flavor. Edamame has a relatively neutral flavor, which means it works well with a wide variety of seasonings. Here, it’s paired with ground ginger and wasabi powder. Wasabi powder provides a hot sensation that hits more in your nasal passages than on your tongue, similar to horseradish. You can find the light green powder, sometimes labeled as horseradish powder, on the international aisle in most supermarkets.
