Celebrate summer with a fizzy ice cream float. No matter whether you use root beer, chocolate syrup and a scoop of vanilla ice cream like we have here, or you decide to change it up with other flavors to your liking, nothing beats the heat like a frozen sweet treat. Have fun with our basic recipe and mix it up by trying a variety of different combos like chocolate-cherry and banana-fudge. For an ultimate ice cream parlor experience at home, place two glass mugs in the freezer for at least 30 minutes or until frosty. Assemble the floats and serve with a jumbo straw and spoon.
