Notes

Place beans, garlic, lemon juice, water, oil, tahini, chipotle pepper, salt and pepper in a mini food processor or blender; process until smooth. Add more lemon juice or water, if needed to thin hummus; adjust salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with fresh vegetables.
