Here's how it works:
Join Weight Watchers between 2/13/18 and 3/1/18 and purchase an eligible subscription plan.
Lose at least 10 lbs in your first three months.
Submit the submission form between 5/15/18 and 6/15/18.
Maintain an active Weight Watchers membership for at least 6 months.
You'll get to choose between a $100 virtual prepaid card or a subscription time-credit of equal or greater value (see the form for more details). You'll receive your prepaid card or time credit 1-2 weeks after you reach your 6-month anniversary.

Use the Weight Watchers app to track your daily and weekly weight loss. It’s a great way to stay motivated. Just be sure to track no more than 1 time per day and no less than 1 time per week.
