In 2010, I was obese and in poor health—I needed a change. A friend suggested we join WeightWatchers®, and that was it. I was consistent with the basics and now I’m healthier, more confident, and no longer on the sidelines of life. A wife, mom, and grandmother, I walk, run, lift weights, and can be present for myself, my family, and my friends. It’s never too late to make changes!
