So this is what everyone's been eating.
Published February 27, 2020 | Updated December 12, 2025

With its quirky atmosphere and low prices, it’s no wonder why a 2025 survey crowned Trader Joe’s the top grocery store in the country. As it happens, Weight Watchers members know what’s good: A peek at WW food tracking data collected in 2025 reveals quite a few Trader Joe’s favorites — including a whole lot of cheese.

To avoid missing out on Points®-friendly foods the next time you visit your local Trader Joe’s, consider the following list of top-tracked TJ foods your new grocery list:

1. Trader Joe’s Chicken Cilantro Mini Wontons

Need a quick snack or super-convenient, Points-friendly appetizer? Do as hundreds of thousands of members did in 2025, and track four individual frozen chicken cilantro mini wontons from TJs, which have a Points value of 1.

2. Trader Joe’s Fancy Shredded Lite Mexican Blend

Cheese, please! The second most popular TJ’s item among WW members is this cheese blend. Trader Joe’s Lite Mexican Blend—a combo of lightened sharp cheddar, Monterey Jack, asadero, and queso quesadilla cheese—is only 3 Points for a ¼ cup serving—and pretty perfect in omelettes and quesadillas.

3. Trader Joe’s Hashbrowns

Made from fully baked, shredded potatoes, these frozen hashbrowns taste fresh-from-the-diner after a few minutes in the oven or air fryer. 1 patty is 4 Points. We like to top it with an egg for a little ZeroPoint protein.

4. Trader Joe’s Shredded Lite Mozzarella Cheese

With a buttery taste and gooey-when-melted texture, you would never know this pouch of shredded mozzarella wasn’t a full-fat version. With 60% less fat and 25% fewer calories than their regular shredded mozzarella, it clocks in at just 2 Points per 1-oz serving. We dare you to find anything that doesn’t taste instantly better with a little bit sprinkled on top.

5. Trader Joe's Original Savory Thin Mini Crackers

These seriously snackable rice-based crackers round out our list of TJ's favorites. Members tracked them more than 96,000 times, spending just 4 Points per 1-oz serving (about 38 crackers).

6. Trader Joe’s Lite Shredded 3-Cheese Blend

Why have just one kind of cheese when you can have three? This mix features mozzarella, Monterey Jack, and cheddar and clocks in at 3 Points per ¼-cup serving. Also? It tastes great on homemade two-ingredient dough pizza.

7. Organic Jasmine Rice

Jasmine rice is a long-grain rice that packs a slightly nutty flavor into a fluffy and elegant texture. Ready after just three minutes in the microwave, it makes the perfect side dish or soup or stew add-in.

8. Carb Savvy Whole Wheat Tortilla

WW members love to use these tortillas to wrap up their sandwiches, and we’re personally thrilled because they pack 6 g of fiber — a real rarity for breads. And at just 1 Point per serving, you can focus more on filling it with the whole foods that fuel you, and that you truly enjoy.

9. Brown Sugar Non-Dairy Oat Creamer

There’s Pumpkin, there’s Cinnamon Bun — there’s even Gingerbread. But WW members have a clear favorite when it comes to creamer, and it’s Brown Sugar. With just a splash — at just 1 Point per Tbsp — this Oat Creamer transforms black coffee into a flavorful, espresso bar-like concoction. It’s enough to summon the sleepiest among us to get our butts out of bed.

10. Trader Joe’s Riced Cauliflower Stir-Fry

Need proof that cauliflower’s moment hasn’t passed? WW members logged this tasty pre-made rice substitute (which includes green peas, red bell peppers, grilled corn, spring onions, tamari, and sesame oil) over and over and over in 2025. The frozen item isn’t just uber-popular and tasty. It’s also Points-friendly: A 1-cup serving has a Points value of 1.
