Lift and Lean: Lift and Lean is a freestyle weights strength training programme, suitable for any fitness level. We will be using a selection of kettlebells and/or weights. Weight training changes the shape of the body, increasing bone density and muscle mass. It also improves mental clarity and reduces midsection weight gain.

Mindness & Kindness: In this session you will learn how to calm and quieten the mind, and how to relax the whole body. These 20-minute workshops will include breathing and mindfulness techniques.

Plant-Forward Living: Designed for members living a vegetarian, vegan or plant forward lifestyle. In this 30 minute workshop we will share the joys and challenges of living a meat-free lifestyle and support each other to be successful on our weight and wellness journey.
Zumba Gold: Join us for a lower impact Zumba party in your own home! This session will showcase that Zumba is for all and each month there will be some seated sessions. Zumba delivers the perfect combination of easy fun dance choreography and cardio moves that will get you moving for the whole 45 minutes. Options given to stay seated and for the more advanced. All abilities and mobilities welcome.

Walk with WW: An opportunity to take advantage of the lighter evenings, join us for a 30 minute evening walk. Exploring beautiful destinations and covering a range of topics linked to the WeightWatchers pillars, designed to support you on your WeightWatchers journey. You can walk in your local area, move at home, stay seated with weights, or listen in whilst going about your evening routine.
