I’m lucky to be surrounded by a network of canals and acres of countryside, meaning a Sunday afternoon walk guarantees me my activity points. I also love cooking, planning meals and exploring healthy new recipes to share with my family and members. I believe we should be kind to ourselves – body and mind – and when we get the balance right, there’s nothing we can’t achieve.
