Lift and Lean: Lift and Lean is a freestyle weights strength training programme, suitable for any fitness level. We will be using a selection of kettlebells and/or weights. Weight training changes the shape of the body, increasing bone density and muscle mass. It also improves mental clarity and reduces midsection weight gain.
