Plan Manager takes a long time to open

For some users, especially those with dial-up, you may find that the first time you load the Plan Manager, it takes some time to download the files. The first time you access the Plan Manager, it downloads common files so it can set up new features like drag and drop, and faster searches. On the second download, these files are already set up, so it should be much faster.

In addition, make sure that you do not have multiple applications running while using Plan Manager as this can contribute to slowness. For best results, you should have only our website and Plan Manager open when using the PointsPlusTM Tracker.

Bear in mind that Plan Manager may not work best with older systems. Please see the system requirements for recommendations on RAM and processor speed.
