Vegan pear and apple trifle
Plain soy yoghurt, (up to 3% sugar)
1 medium, diced
Apple, pink lady, unpeeled, fresh
sponge finger biscuits
2 individual, crumbled, 1 whole one on top
Combine yoghurt with pear, apple and 1/2 sponge finger biscuit (crumbled). Top with the remaining ½ crumbled sponge finger biscuit and a whole sponge finger biscuit sitting on top.
