Our Points system simplifies weight loss

Every food has a Points value which is based on its nutritional content. Nutrient-dense foods like fruits, vegetables and lean proteins have fewer Points than highly processed foods like biscuits which are higher in Points.

The program allows you to enjoy your favourite foods, as long you stay within your personal Points Budget. This means you don't have to cut out any food groups!

You'll also get a list of ZeroPoint™ foods that you don't have to count or track. These will become your go-to foods and snacks so you'll never go hungry.

Sync your devices for easy tracking

When it comes to exercise, everyone is different. Some people love to walk, hit the gym or join group fitness classes, no matter how you like to move, we'll help you find ways to get moving without rigid fitness plans.

To make tracking your activity simple, sync your fitness device (including Apple Watch, Fitbit or Garmin) to the WW app. This means you'll automatically add Points for the activity you do!

You can also sync your smart scales to the WW app to view your weekly weight loss progress graph.

Digital = AUD$42.50 total for a one month subscription.

Workshop+Digital = AUD$81.95 total for a one month subscription.

Digital + Personal Coaching = AUD$109.50 total for a one month subscription.

Yes. We'll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel your WeightWatchers membership after your contract term ends.

  2. Contact our Customer Care Team by calling 131 997 (AU) or 0800 009 009 (NZ), 9AM - 5PM Monday to Friday.
  3. Self cancel via the website.

That's a personal choice. If you'd like the WW app only without Coaching, we suggest WW Digital.

If you like more support and accountability, we recommend our WW workshops.

We offer a 14-day free trial for our Digital membership in the WW app. After 14 days you will roll onto monthly billing that you can cancel at anytime.

No. If you don't want to attend virtual or in-person workshops, you can join WW Digital which includes the WW app.
