MEMBER RECIPE BY Anna Van Dyken. Anna’s 90 second oat and cinnamon mug muffin makes the perfect warm one-portion breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 cup(s) dry rolled oats, (30g) quick microwave variety
  • 1 medium Banana, ripe, mashed
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, Pinch
  • 1 medium egg(s)
  • 2 individual fresh dates, pitted, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced, to serve
Instructions

Mix ingredients in a 1⅔-cup (410ml) mug. Microwave on High (100%) for 90 seconds. Serve with strawberries.

Notes
SERVING SUGGESTION: 99% fat-free plain Greek yoghurt. For Lactose Free serve without the yoghurt. Member recipe by Anna Van Dyken.
