Anna’s 90 second oat and cinnamon mug muffin makes the perfect warm one-portion breakfast or quick healthy snack.
Ingredients
  • dry rolled oats
    ⅓ cup(s), (30g) quick microwave variety
  • Banana
    1 medium, ripe, mashed
  • ground cinnamon
    ¼ tsp, Pinch
  • egg(s)
    1 medium
  • fresh dates
    2 individual, pitted, chopped
  • fresh strawberries
    ¼ cup(s), sliced, to serve
Instructions
  1. Mix ingredients in a 1⅔-cup (410ml) mug. Microwave on High (100%) for 90 seconds. Serve with strawberries.
Notes
