1 medium, ripe, mashed
2 individual, pitted, chopped
¼ cup(s), (35g) sliced, to serve
- Place oats, banana, cinnamon, egg and dates in a 410ml-capacity microwave safe mug and stir to combine. Clean inside rim of mug with paper towel. Microwave, uncovered, on High (100%) for 90 seconds or until top is just firm. Serve with strawberries
