Anna’s 90 second oat and cinnamon mug muffin makes the perfect warm one-portion breakfast or quick healthy snack.
Ingredients

dry rolled oats

cup(s), (30g) quick microwave variety

banana

1 medium, ripe, mashed

ground cinnamon

¼ tsp, Pinch

egg(s)

1 medium

fresh dates

2 individual, pitted, chopped

fresh strawberries

¼ cup(s), sliced, to serve

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients in a 1⅔-cup (410ml) mug. Microwave on High or 90 seconds. Serve with strawberries.
