MEMBER RECIPE BY Anna Van Dyken. Anna’s 90 second oat and cinnamon mug muffin makes the perfect warm one-portion breakfast.
- 1/3 cup(s) dry rolled oats, (30g) quick microwave variety
- 1 medium Banana, ripe, mashed
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon, Pinch
- 1 medium egg(s)
- 2 individual fresh dates, pitted, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) fresh strawberries, sliced, to serve
Mix ingredients in a 1⅔-cup (410ml) mug. Microwave on High (100%) for 90 seconds. Serve with strawberries.
