Spanish meatballs

yellow capsicum

tomato passata

cooked basmati rice

green beans, cooked

Combine beef mince, breadcrumbs, coriander, paprika and egg white in a bowl. Roll mixture into 4-5 small balls. Heat olive oil in a frying pan. Cook meatballs until browned. Add onion, capsicum and passata and cook until meatballs are cooked through and sauce has thickened. Top with a dollop of sour cream and serve with steamed basmati rice and steamed green beans.
