Wish you could have a weight-loss expert by your side, every step of the way? With this membership, you’ll choose a WW expert Coach trained in all things weight loss from staying motivated to living the Points Program. Enjoy building a strong relationship with your Coach and get a customised plan that evolves with your journey.
Set goals as a team
Kick things off in a 30-minute session, where your personal Coach will get to know your lifestyle, preferences, and personality to build your action plan and specific goals. Then, each week, schedule a 15-minute Zoom video check-in. Your Coach will help you reflect on what’s going well—or not so well—and set a new plan for the week ahead.
Stay on track and celebrate success
Whether you’re a boredom eater, late-night snacker, or not a veggie fan, Personal Coaching goes beyond identifying your weight-loss roadblocks. You’ll learn how to overcome them with simple, science-backed behaviour change techniques. And because we’re about progress over perfection, your Coach will be there to cheer you on and celebrate every step of the way.
