Set goals as a team

Kick things off in a 30-minute session, where your personal Coach will get to know your lifestyle, preferences, and personality to build your action plan and specific goals. Then, each week, schedule a 15-minute phone or video check-in. Your Coach will reflect on what’s going well—or not so well—and set a new plan for the week ahead. ‎ ‎ ‎
