Set goals as a team

Kick things off in a 30-minute session, where your personal Coach will get to know your lifestyle, preferences, and personality to build your action plan and specific goals. Then, each week, schedule a 15-minute Zoom video check-in. Your Coach will reflect on what’s going well—or not so well—and set a new plan for the week ahead. ‎ ‎ ‎

Stay on track and celebrate success

Whether you’re a boredom eater, late-night snacker, or not a veggie fan, Personal Coaching goes beyond identifying your weight-loss roadblocks. You’ll learn how to overcome them with simple, science-backed behaviour change techniques. And because we’re about progress over perfection, your Coach be there to cheer you on and celerate every step of the way.

Lean on your personal Coach for guidance anytime via direct messaging, or in your scheduled weekly check-ins. Feel free to reach out any time of day via 24/7 chat in the app, whenever you need the support. ‎ ‎ ‎
