Beef fillet (tenderloin), raw

Maggi Stock Cubes, Beef

1 individual, dissolved in (1/4 cup) hot water

Worcestershire sauce

1 tbs

mixed greens and avocado salad

Preheat oven to 200C. Spray potatoes with oil and roast in oven for 30-40 minutes, or until golden and cooked. Toss with parsley and olives while still hot. Spray a non-stick frypan with oil and cook steak for 3 minutes on each side (or until cooked to your liking.) Remove from pan. Add stock and worcestershire sauce and cook stirring to combine. Serve steak with pan juices, potatoes and salad.
