To redeem the offer, you must sign up for an Instacart account via the link in a promotional email sent to you by WeightWatchers. Once you sign up for Instacart, return to the WW App to finish creating or selecting your grocery list, and once you're ready, tap “Shop with Instacart.” Once you proceed through the purchase process via Instacart, your discount will automatically be applied to your first eligible purchase.

Yes! First, double-check your email and spam folder to ensure you haven’t missed the email. Second, make sure your app is up to date. Third, head to the WW App, tap “What to Eat” and ensure you can see “Grocery Lists.” If not, please contact our team via 24/7 Chat and we’ll be happy to assist further.

PLEASE NOTE FOR THE 6-MONTH COMMITMENT PLAN: After your first three free months, your account will automatically be charged $23.00 monthly until the completion of your 6-Month Commitment Plan. Thereafter, you will be charged the standard monthly fee (currently $23.00) until you cancel. While you may cancel your subscription at any time, cancellation will not go into effect until the end of your Commitment Plan. Thereafter, our standard cancellation policy applies. Tax additional where state and local sales tax apply.

PLEASE NOTE FOR THE 3-MONTH COMMITMENT PLAN: For the first three months, your account will be charged the discounted monthly fee of $15.00.
