We are a team of dedicated researchers who explore how people think and feel in order to learn more about what's working and what's not working for you during your health, wellness and weight-loss journey.

What to expect
If you qualify for one of our studies, we’ll give you all the details about time, location, and method. Most of our studies take place online via your computer, smartphone, or tablet which can happen from work or home.

Who can join?
Anyone can join WW’s expert panel..the more insights we gain, the better!
What type of thank you will I get?
Once you’ve completed an interview session, you receive a gift card as a thank you. The gift cards are from various locations such as Amazon, Target, Wal-Mart and many more. Thank you’s may vary from country to country, and will be outlined upon invite.
What tech do I need?
Most of our research interviews take place via your desktop/laptop computer or your smartphone. You’ll need a functioning camera and microphone and connection to wifi to participate.
How will my privacy be handled?
WW follows GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) guidelines and keeps your PII (Personally Identifiable Information) safe and secure inside our company. We will never share your information outside of WW. Read here for more on how WW upholds your privacy
How do I opt out?
Once you’re signed up, we’ll send invitations to see if you qualify for certain studies. There will always be an option on these invitation surveys to be removed from our list.
What are the terms and conditions?
Once you click the button and complete the survey, you’re simply letting us know you’re willing to participate in research with WW. If you accept the invite, and are scheduled and complete the interview, you’ll receive incentive. If you change your mind or something comes up, no problem at all. We’ll work with you to reschedule or you can opt out at any time. By submitting your personal information, you agree to receive invitations from WW to participate in research.
How do I know if I qualify?
Once you complete the online survey, if you qualify for one of our research studies, a member from our research team will reach out to you to set up an interview. We conduct research on a regular basis and projects vary from month to month.
