I joined WW to develop sustainable healthy habits—so I wouldn’t just lose weight, but keep it off too. The program helped me go from being unsure about myself to feeling confident and strong. By eating foods that fuel my body, I can show up the way I want to! I’m a college English professor, and for the past 15 years, I’ve been a WW Coach. I help people focus on lasting change, not results. I enjoy running, taking Orangetheory fitness classes, reading, and watching documentaries.
