Published November 27, 2024

WeightWatchers helps steer you toward healthier choices with a customized Points® Budget. But sometimes, you may want extra support to reach your goals and feel your best. That’s where a Registered Dietitian can help.

Registered Dietitians are licensed healthcare providers who meet with you 1:1 for personalized nutrition counseling. They’ll give you guidance based on your medical history, dietary needs, lifestyle, and preferences. And if you need help identifying patterns in your eating habits and building healthier routines, they can do that too.

Visits are completely virtual and start as low as $0 for WeightWatchers members with qualified insurance coverage. Copays, coinsurance, and deductibles may apply. For those without coverage, we offer flexible self-pay options that make it easier to get the support you need.
